Let me start off by saying that this is the third vehicle I have purchased from Valley Buick GMC and the second that Dwayne found for me. During the whole process, Dwayne listened to what I was looking for and found a beautiful 2016 GMC AWD Terrain SLT. The vehicle was years advanced from my 2002 GMC Envoy SLT. To say I was overwhelmed is a gross understatement. However, Dwayne was very knowledgeable and most of all very patient with my many questions. Even after the sale, Dwayne was always willing to help me understand how to operate the vehicle safely.
We have been dealing with Valley GMC since the 70s, we have bought many many new vehicles, the service dept is great and the front office staff are very curtiouse and freidly, even the owner comes and greets you if your in the front office if he's not busy. Yes, very good dealership.

Took the 18 Canyon in for its first oil change that was purchased at another GM dealership. They could not get us in for a week. Looked online and found Valley. Drove right in on a Saturday morning and the team that serviced my car was truly working as a team and very professional. Met at our appointment time by the man we had spoken to on the phone. Truck was backed in under a canopy with plenty of light to check it out. Salesman (Luis) was very informative and pointed out different features. He and my wife did a walk-through sitting in the truck. They then took a nice long test drive. We were looking for an SUV with a very specific amenities. Pascal and the team at Valley Buick worked for about a month to find the vehicle that my family needed. The service was quick and the staff is always kind and professional! They said it would take 45 minutes but it only took 30. They always offer to wash my car and are extremely courteous and gracious.

Very knowledgeable friendly, staff. Very efficient. All the staff worked together efficiently. Very impressed. The staff noticed a light was burnt out on my car, which I forgot about. The staff noted it right away and fixed it for me!
The salesman was great to work with. He was able to locate the exact car I wanted. The day I came to pay for the car, my new car all ready had the extras I wanted installed. It took less than two hours to work through all the paperwork the finance person had pretty much prepared in advance and have the salesman walk me through the features of my new car. I was happy enough with the price paid. I received all applicable manufacturer discounts and a decent price for my trade in. I purchased a 2017 GMC Yukon XL Denali.
Lots of cars in line when I got there but still in and out in about 30 minutes.and had tires rotated. Asked to have Power steering fluid checked and they did. Still don't understand why they cannot check break fluid and have to be asked for power steering. Always have an oil drip for one or two days after I get the car home, must spill some on the underside when they change the filter.

Our Yukon XL had a leak coming down from the roof area over our console and it was solved in a short time period. It hasn't leaked since and it has been raining quite a bit.

My wife and I always forget to say we have the rewards program when we get an oil change. It would be really nice if the reward would get added automatically when paying for the oil change. Or at least ask if we have a rewards program that can be looked up so that the amount spent could be added.

Set up my service appointment with Rick who was friendly on the phone. Checked in with Toby who wrote up the work sheet while Rick was busy with another customer. Barry dropped me off and showed me alternative way home when 167 backed up. Rick informed me of some other rework which would be beneficial and advised me when I could expect the car back, Rick called me when work was done and set up pickup which arrived in good time. Price was about what expected and got to use some coupons which lowered cost.

Detail was clean. The truck felt like new again. The recalls / repair were taken care of quickly and covered under the warranty. I was very satisfied with the service, rental use, and the customer service was excellent.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The crew took great care of me and my car. I was especially please in the caution used when it looked like the lift wasn't aligning properly.
