The service was great as usual, but I asked them to check my brakes while they were rotating the tires because they had been squeaking before I arrived. They checked them telling me they are an 8 & still good, but are still squeaking loudly. I don't know if I should bring it back or take it to a shop that repairs brakes?

The west a dealer should treat customers. But I’d say the service and sales folks don’t have a lot of knowledge around the diesel hd trucks.

Jose my sales consultant was helpful, but unfortunately no sale was made due to mechanical issues with new Sierra Denali Ultimate. Service team shrugged off the issues and never dug into the root cause of it. There seems to be a bigger issue with the motor that they did not care to research so got my deposit back and did not purchase truck. Jose was very helpful through the whole process.

Overall, pleased with my experience and love having heated seats! Kudos for making it easy to get the retrofit done.
